Have you met our new mascot/webtour guide yet?  The name is PHiL (Palm Harbor Library) and PHiL's waiting to serve you. PHiL's the one who knows how to use many valuable informational tools that will enhance your library experience.  If you need a piece of information, the new guide knows where to find it.  If you have a question, PHiL has the answer.  Best of all, PHiL is never late to work, PHiL doesn't need desk space, and PHiL never complains about the break room coffee being too strong.  PHiL became our official mascot in September, 2000.
