National Library Week!
A weeklong celebration of the value libraries and library workers bring to their communities. Everyone knows that Pinellas County libraries provide great access to ideas, information, and technology, but Pinellas libraries are also great community connectors and powerful forces in public life. Pinellas libraries build and strengthen their communities through education, lifelong learning, free access to resources and materials, and programming that meets Pinellas County’s needs. Whether it is providing a second chance at a high school diploma, or hosting a local comic con, Pinellas libraries are a reflection and celebration of the unique needs, skills, and values of the communities they serve. For more information on all of the opportunities your local Pinellas library provides, read through this program guide for events specific to YOUR library, or visit in person or online for more information on all the chances for discovery that your public library offers. Or you can contact your local Pinellas public library staff for their recommendations!
