Mother Goose Rhyme Time

Wednesdays at 10:00 – 10:30 am in the Children’s Room. Suitable for children ages birth to 3 years old but older kids are welcome! A weekly program for our youngest members filled with nursery rhymes, songs, and fingerplays. No registration required.

Baby Book Worms

Thursdays at 10:00 – 10:30 am & 11:30 am – 12:00 pm (both same content) in the Children’s Room. An interactive story time suitable for infants to 12 months old! We will enjoy a story, lap bounces, rhymes, and opportunities to share a love of books with your baby. No registration required.

Toddler Storytime

Fridays at 10:00 – 10:30 am & 11:30 am – 12:00 pm (both same content) in the Children’s Room. Stories, songs, and fun in this interactive story time. Don’t expect to sit still -you’ll get all your wiggles out! No registration required.

Starbucks Storytime

Second Tuesday of every month from 10:30 – 11:00 am. Cozy up with Miss Chris at the Starbucks on US 19 between Nebraska Ave and Tampa Road for a seasonal storytime.

Infant & Toddler Sign Language

Mondays 10:45 am – 11:15 am in the Palm Room. Walk-ins welcome. This fun interactive signing class will teach you how to include signs naturally while interacting with your child through daily routines, play time, story time and music.

School Age Sign Language

Mondays from 4:15 – 5:15 pm in the Palm Room. Sign Language classes for students ages 5 – 12. This class teaches basic and advanced sign language in a fun engaging format. No registration required.

Lego Master Builders

Last Tuesday of the month from 4:30 – 5:30 pm. Ages 4-12 are invited to let their imaginations soar with a free build session. Creations will be on display in the children’s room for a month (or until the next Lego program). No registration required.

Leap Into Art @ the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art

Join Miss Marisa on the last Wednesday of the month from 3:30 – 4:30 pm (unless otherwise noted) for Leap Into Art at the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art’s Interactive Gallery. Enjoy an hour of art-related stories and an art activity. The program is free for children and museum members (Adults $10.00, Seniors $8 admission to the museum).

Anime Club

Ages 11-18 are invited to join us for all things anime! This club meets the first Wednesday of the month from 5:00 – 6:00 pm – if you miss this month, try to catch them next month! No registration required.

Homework Help

Homework help is free and available to kids, Kindergarten through 5th grade. The help is provided by teen volunteers. No appointment is necessary, walk-ups welcome. Monday – Friday 3:00 – 5:00 pm *No homework help during weeks when school is out and over the summer (Christmas, Spring Break, etc).
