Seed Library
The Master Gardeners, part of the University of Florida/Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences(IFAS) Cooperative Extension Services of Pinellas County create seed packets of plants that grow well in Central Florida and place those packets in the drawers of an old card catalog for people to ‘check-out.
This is housed in the Adult Services Department, just south of the public computers. There is a limit of three packets a week. The check-out procedure is to write your name and the names of the seed packets in the Master Gardeners notebook, available at either Information Desk. No library card is necessary for these items.
