How to Give
Your donations, endowments, legacies, stock, and trusts all go toward expanding the activities and facilities for the Palm Harbor Library (PHL). Projects supported by the Palm Harbor Library Endowment Foundation (PHLEF) can and have included support for new construction, furniture, technology, special collections, and capital projects that otherwise may never see the light of day. PHL is primarily funded through ad valorem dollars, and that millage rate has not increased since it was first established by Pinellas County in 1985. PHLEF is a 501(c)3 organization, and your contributions are tax deductible.
